Before Your Appointment
Make sure you fill out our New Client Form before your first appointment. We also recommend downloading the AllyDVM app. This is where you’ll be able to access records, upcoming appointment dates, medical reminders, and prescription information.
On the day of your appointment, please use a Ziploc bag to collect a fecal sample. We’ll bring it back to our lab and run routine tests to get a picture of your pet’s health. This will also help us understand which of our services your pet will benefit from the most.
Your dog should be on a leash before we arrive. Cats should be in a small room or kennel.
We strive to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible, but we often run slightly early or late. It’s the nature of a mobile vet service, and we’re grateful for your patience! You’ll get plenty of one-on-one time with your veterinarian. One-to-two veterinary technicians will be present to help make your pup or kitty as relaxed as can be.
